Okay, hello everybody. So we're going to work on the legs a little bit more. We're going
to come down on the side. I'm going to extend the leg out and I'm just going to go forward
and back. You want to squeeze the legs, squeeze the core.
And lift it up and down.
Four, five, six, seven, and eight. And lower it down.
Alright, if you find that you can't lift your leg all the way up, that's okay.
Just go little tiny ones. You can also just point the toe and do some circles.
Two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Reverse. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight.
Very quickly you feel those muscles getting tight.
Alright, we're going to bring the top leg over and extend the bottom leg out.
And we're just going to lift up here.
Four, five, six, seven, eight.
More. Eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, and one.
And slowly bring it down.
And we're going to do the same on the other side.
Switch it over.
Extend it forward and back.
Two, three, excuse me, four, five, six, seven, and eight.
And then go up and down.
Two, three, squeeze the core, squeeze the legs.
Six, seven, and eight.
Lower it down. Point the toe. Do those little circles.
Two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight.
Reverse. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight.
