So today we're going to do a little bit of hip stretching.
And we're just going to start the morning with the ******* pose.
So just come down and stretch out.
Deep breath.
Oh no. Deep breath in and roll everything off.
Look up to the sky.
You can push your chin out too if you want to do your jaw.
Let your abdominals sink down.
Shoulders, check your shoulders and check your hand placement.
Fingertips, palms, wrists.
And then roll your shoulders down and back.
Deep breath in.
One more deep breath in and then you exhale, roll everything up.
Do some circles.
Very slow.
Sit back, stretch out.
Deep breath in.
And come back up about halfway and just gonna walk your hands over to the side
Slowly stretch out your sides
And then we're going to go over to the other side.
Let me try it thin.
So these are really good to do when you first wake up in the morning.
I've been laying in bed for hours on end.
